Where do you provide the services ?
At the moment, we only provide leased line connection in Thimphu & Phuntsholing. Recently started operating in Paro.
Is there an Installation Fee ?
After choosing your desired package, you have to do a One Time Payment of Nu. 5,000 for initial installation. Nu. 4,000 for Paro Only
Are the Data Unlimited ?
We provide both Limited Monthly Data Plans and Unlimited Monthly Data Plans. Please click here to check all the available packages.
How fast is SuperNet ?
Our download speed starts from 10 Mbps Up to 100Mbps based on the package.
Can I cancel my services at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. There is no contract commitment.
