Where do you provide the services ?
At the moment, we only provide leased line connection in Thimphu, Phuntsholing & Paro.
Is there an Installation Fee ?
After choosing your desired package, you have to do a One Time Payment of Nu. 5,000 for initial installation.
Are the Data Unlimited ?
For the Packages : SuperNet Chim Na & SuperNet Yigtsang, the Data is Unlimited.
For the Package : SuperNet Dhoro/Charo Pack, The Data is Limited.
How fast is SuperNet ?
Our download speed starts from 3Mbps Up to 100Mbps based on the package.
Can I cancel my services at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. There is no contract commitment.
